• How frequently does my Doggy Duty box need to be cleaned?
  Box cleaning service is based on the frequency of use. If the box is used at least twice a day, weekly service is highly recommended. If extended periods of time occur between cleanings and the Doggy Duty box becomes unhygienic, your dog may use it less reliably.

• What does Doggy Duty do with the used grass plot?
  Doggy Duty strives to be a "green" company. Therefore, we do not discard the used synthetic grass, but instead, pressure wash and clean each individual plot.

• How much time does the grass replacement/cleaning service take?
  It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to replace the used grass and clean your Doggy Duty box.

• What if my Doggy Duty box is directly exposed to rain?
  For customers without a sheltered balcony, we suggest the use of a small waterproof tarp to prevent rain water from accumulating in the box. While Doggy Duty boxes are leak proof, they are not designed to withstand pooling water from rain exposure. A tarp will protect the box and turf, can be easily removed, and provide a dry box for dogs to use.

• Can I use my Doggy Duty box indoors?
  Yes. The Doggy Duty box is leak proof and safe to use indoors. Its indoor use is ideal in the absence of a balcony or backyard.

• Does my dog need to be trained to use the Doggy Duty box?
  95% of dogs trained to potty on grass will instinctively use the Doggy Duty box. We offer tips to encourage its use and can make suggestions for dog trainers if your dog is having difficulty using the box.

• I don't live in the Portland area. Can I purchase the Doggy Duty box and grass?
  We are more than happy to ship our products within the US. We ask for pre-payment prior to items being sent.
